1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the x999 Casino platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

x999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit x999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming
